Villa Puesta del Sol is a beachfront vacation rental home built in a Mexican pacific contemporary style architecture; comfortable, spacious (400 m2), high ceilings, completely furnished, infinity pool, located in Playa Blanca in south-western Mexico near Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo (15 min).
It is built right on a beautiful 12½ miles (18-kilometer)long beach of the Pacific ocean. Villa Puesta del Sol was designed to take advantage of its quiet and beautiful location, with its views of Playa Blanca - Larga Bay and the Sierra Madre mountains it provides a uniquely private, relaxing and comfortable alternative to the typical tourist destinations in Mexico. Reservations policy
All reservations must be made a minimum of 15 days prior to the date of the arrival. A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation no less than 15 days prior to arrival. The other 50% must be paid at the time of arrival. The payment method accepted is a direct deposit. A $300 damage deposit is required prior to occupancy and will be fully returned at the time of departure if no damages/losses occur .
Cancellation & return policy
Once the reservation is confirmed, all cancellation notices will have a charge of 20%, except in the following cases:
25% of the deposit amount if the notice is received from 21-30 days prior to the date of the reservation.
50% of the deposit amount if the notice is received from 15-20 days prior to the date of the reservation.
75% of the deposit if notice is received from 7-14 days prior to the date of the reservation.
100% of the deposit if notice is received from 1-6 days prior to the date of the reservation.
Early departures can not be refunded.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and INCLUDE MAID SERVICES and tax.

Maximum occupancy of six persons.
No children under the age of 12.
No pets.
No smoking inside the villa.
