RATES
If your stay with us is for more than one week,
prices are negotiable
Holidays (December 12th through January 7th):
$295 per day $1,900 per week
Easter (Easter week and the week after):
$295 per day $1,900 per week
High Season (January 8th through the week before Easter week; June 27th through August 31st):
$180 per day $1,100 per week
Low Season (All other dates: 2nd Monday after Easter through June 26th; September 1st through December 11th):
$130 per day $800 per week
In monthly rates, guests are responsible for half of the electric bill.
All prices quoted are in US dollars and include taxes (13 pesos per dollar).
Minimum stay 3 nights.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT POLICY
A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation no less than 15 days prior to arrival. The other 50% must be paid at the time of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee, in accordance to the following:
25% of the deposit amount if the notice is received from 21-30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
50% of the deposit amount if the notice is received from 15-20 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
75% of the deposit if notice is received from 7-14 days prior to the date to the scheduled arrival date.
100% of the deposit if notice is received from 1-6 days prior to the date of the scheduled arrival date.
Early departures can not be refunded.
FEES AND TAXES
All prices are in U.S. dollars and INCLUDE MAID SERVICES, a personalized tour with a certified tourist guide and all applicable taxes.
